Authorities say this investigation is still unfolding. We have to warn our viewers that some of the language used in this story may not be suitable for young children.
Lisenby is accused of painting on the bodies of young girls as young as 13 years old.
Deputies say Lisenby claims he is an artist. The head investigator says when a search warrant was executed, Lisenby was painting the breast of a 17-year-old.
No charges can be filed against Lisenby for painting on any girls 16 or older, but right now investigators are confirming they have pictures proving Lisenby painted on the naked body of a 13-year-old girl. Investigators hope to find more information to help increase Lisenby’s charges.
Investigator with the Dale County Sheriff’s Office Harvey Mathis said, “If there are more victims we want to talk with them. This is an ongoing investigation. We want to identify everyone who feels they’ve been victimized or who may have information about what went on inside the residence.”
Computers, cameras and painting supplies were seized from the Lisenby’s home to help investigators determine if Lisenby perhaps sent any of the material across state lines through the internet which would add separate charges to the case.
Lisenby is currently being held in the dale county jail. If you have any information about the case or would like to come forward as a victim … You may contact the Dale County Sheriff’s Office and ask for an investigator.
